We make cakes to order. Please try to give us a few days notice, although we can sometimes decorate a cake 'on the fly'... Call us regarding availability and prices.
You can choose from the following flavors of cake:
White (made with whole eggs, our "white" cake is actually a light yellow)
Chocolate
Red Velvet
Carrot
Then pick a filling to put between the layers:
Fruit Filling (lemon, strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
Buttercream (we make our own...white, chocolate, or any color you like)
Cream Cheese Icing (with or without nuts)
Caramel
Ganache (chocolate and cream melted together and poured over the cake)
Fondant (icing that is rolled and smoothed over the cake)
Then pick the size of cake you would like...
Round (single or double layers from 6-inches to 16-inches in diameter)
Square (single or double layers from 6-inches to 16-inches)
Half-Sheet (single or double layers, 11" x 16")
Full Sheet (single or double layers, 16" x 24")
We can combine and stack layers to accommodate any number of guests. Please call us for suggestions regarding the size or shape of cakes.
Finally, tell us how you would like us to decorate the cake. We can do just about anything, but please note: We do NOT make licensed character cakes and we do NOT put plastic decorations on our cakes.
