  • GENERAL INFORMATION:
    1. 3-Day Sessions --  Tuesday through Thursday.
    2. Enrollment strictly limited to 6 students per session.
    3. Students should arrive for lunch at 11:30.
    4. Baking and/or decorating starts at 11:45 and students may be picked up at 2:30.
    5. We provide all materials, including t-shirt and bandana to take home, plus aprons and gloves to wear at the bakery.
    6. Please advise us of any food allergies or other conditions we need to be aware of. We will also need an emergency contact and phone number, just in case.
    7. All students MUST wear closed toe shoes (no flip flops)
    8. Tuition is $279 per student, per session. Places held upon payment of $99 (non-refundable) registration ONLINE. No exceptions.
    9. Tuition balance of $180 is due upon arrival on Day 1.
    10. If you have two or more students that want to be in the same session, please reserve multiple places together by changing the QUANTITY of registrations you purchase from your cart.
    11. When checking out, please include the name and age of your camper in the notes.
    12. All bakery employees have been vaccinated for COVID-19. We will still require all students to wear masks in the bakery.

  • 1 dozen assorted. We usually make vanilla, chocolate, and raspberry. For PICK UP at the bakery window.
  • Our pumpkin bread is kind of like a spice cake, but "pumpkin-y". It has a dense crumb, and is topped with crunchy large sanding sugar. Goes perfectly with whipped cream cheese, a scoop of ice cream, or just by itself. For pick up at the bakery window, just pick a day.
  • One dozen decorated shortbread in a box. We make a variety of shapes in January and February, including snow flakes, flowers, and valentines shapes (some pictured). Not all shapes are available every day. We will pack an assortment of available shapes in your box. If you would like specific shapes, please call the bakery and we will gladly tell you what we have that day. Custom shapes are also available, please call the bakery for details.
  • 10-inch round cookie cake, made with our chocolate chunk cookies and decorated to order. Also available in a gluten free version. We can pipe a short personal message such as "Happy Birthday Mary" and/or add sprinkles, and you may designate colors.
  • Individual Fancy Cake

    Serves 1-2 These are individual (3" diameter) cakes consisting of 2-3 layers of cake infused with syrup, buttercream, and a garnish. For pick up at the Bakery on Friday. Packaged as individual cakes, or in sets of two. Each week we make a unique flavor: Friday, 3/19: Banana Maple is a vanilla cake infused with maple simple syrup, with fresh bananas and maple buttercream between the layers, and topped with a pecan tuille. Friday 3/26: Lemon Elderflower is vanilla cake infused with St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, with lemon curd between the layers, and topped with elderflower buttercream flowers, a meringue, and a sugared lemon slice. Friday, 4/2: Chocolate Espresso is chocolate cake infused with espresso simple syrup, with coffee buttercream between the layers, and topped with chocolate ganache, a chocolate dipped rolled wafer cookie, and chocolate dipped coffee beans. Friday, 4/9: Chai is vanilla cake infused with chai simple syrup, with chai buttercream between the layers, and topped with a star anise, and a cinnamon spice French macaron. Friday, 4/16: Latte is vanilla cake infused with espresso syrup, with coffee buttercream between the layers, and topped with a vanilla French macaron and chocolate coated coffee beans. Friday, 4/23: Lemon Hibiscus is vanilla cake infused with hibiscus syrup, with lemon buttercream between the layers, and topped with a meringue and a sugared lemon slice.  
  • A dessert cake is a three layer 8-inch round cake, serving 8-10 people. Available in a variety of flavors, we make these cakes in the morning and keep them in our cake cooler. We will gladly pipe a short, personalized message on top such as “Happy Birthday” or Congratulations.
  • A dozen of our delicious oatmeal cranberry cookies. Pick up at bakery only.
  • A dozen of our most-requested chocolate chunk cookies dipped in chocolate. Pick up at bakery only.
  • Gift Cards

    Gift Cards available for purchase online! We will send a confirmation and keep a paper record at the bakery. All you have to do to use the gift card is tell the staff your name.
  • Cream Tart Number Cake

    A delicious tart made from layers of shortbread and buttercream, decorated with French Macarons, meringues, white chocolate bark, sprinkles, pearls and glitter. Perfect for birthdays and anniversaries! You choose the color combination. Each number is 11 inches tall. $60 per digit. One week minimum order lead time, please. Pick up at bakery only.
  • While he may be best known as a great writer and story teller, Anthony Bourdain was first a chef. The exact quote that inspired this print is:
    The Italians and Spanish, the Chinese and Vietnamese see food as part of a larger, more essential and pleasurable part of daily life. Not as an experience to be collected or bragged about - or as a ritual like filling up a car - but as something else that gives pleasure, like sex or music, or a good nap in the afternoon.
    This tribute to to food lovers everywhere was hand printed on a vintage Vandercook letterpress. The inks are gold and white, and the shadings on each print vary slightly due to the nature of the press. The print measures 12" x 18" and is made on heavy chocolate colored cover stock. A portion of the revenue from the sale of these posters will be donated to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Price INCLUDES shipping & handling.   • Hand printed on a vintage Vandercook letterpress. The background (red) type is old wood type, while the cities and towns are printed using old metal type salvaged from a barn in Gordo, Alabama. The print measures 12" x 18" and is made on brown chipboard. Choose either the ALABAMA background ($30), the SWEET HOME background ($30), or BOTH ($55, save a bit on shipping).
